Parents looking for a high-quality baby swing that is safe and easy to use should consider this Gentle Choice open-top swing from Graco. Loaded with convenience features and accessories, the swing begins with a sturdy frame and a well-padded seat that reclines to one of four different angles for baby's comfort. A detachable infant insert has been included and the seat's five-point harness and plastic T-bar underneath the play tray keep baby securely in the seat when the swing is in operation. Parents can choose from among six different swing speeds and four timer settings, and the included music box will play up to 15 different melodies to help soothe baby as she swings. The swing is also equipped with removable toys on the play tray, and the overhead mobile can be easily pushed aside when you want to load or unload baby from the swing's seat. Customer Review of Gentle Choice OpenTop Swing in Saratoga
 This was a great choice
I recieved this swing as a shower gift from my registry. So far, I love it. The six speeds offer a good variety for growing babies. I also like the option to play music and adjust the volume. My daughter has enjoyed looking at the mobile since she was 8 weeks old, and now that she's 5 months, she sits upright and plays with the toys attached to the tray. Overall, this has been a great product for us!
Researched before purchase.
I researched many swings before we decided on this one. We have been happy with this one. So far we have only used the 3 lower settings since our son is only 3 months. I'm sure we will use the higher ones as he grows and gets a little heavier. I didn't think the over head mobile would be of very much use since it really doesn't move on its own and the little bears on it don't seem to catch his eye. But, I have found I can hang other toys from it that are brighter in color and he enjoys it very much. It does sway as the swing moves so there is a little movement.
Ours DOES NOT have a five point harness as the info describes though we ordered it on line and should have gotten the latest model. It is ok as it is though. Would have liked to have had the 5 point harness though. Graco was unable to explain this and said it must have been an earlier model though they couldn't back that up. All in all we are very happy with the swing and our son loves it and it seems safe so that counts for a lot.
 Don't waste your money on this swing...
There is nothing spectacular about this swing. I found that the swing didn't recline far enough back for my son when he was a newborn and he wasn't actually able to sit in it until he was around 5 months old! I also found that the bear mobile, which is cute, sits to far up and back for him to even see it. It just was a complete waste of money for something I think we used a total of 5 times. Big disappointment!
